Return or Exchange Policy of AMBZ GEMS

At AMBZ GEMS, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our natural gemstones. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags intact. Please contact our customer service team at info@ambzinternational.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

At AMBZ GEMS, we strive to deliver your natural gemstones as quickly as possible. However, next-day delivery only in Pakistan or United Kingdom (if item already Present in UK) is not available on all orders and depends on the following factors:

  • Product Availability – Items marked "In Stock" may qualify for next-day delivery, while custom or pre-order items require additional processing time.

  • Order Cut-Off Time – Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday–Saturday) are more likely to be eligible for next-day delivery.
